Author Martin Boroson has been working

for many years to develop a modern, multicultural understanding of spirituality that unites head and heart, theory and practice.

Born in New York, he studied Western philosophy at Yale, followed by private study of Eastern philosophy and the work of C.G. Jung. He earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management, trained in transpersonal psychology with Dr. Stanislav Grof, and is an accredited psychotherapist.

Illustrator Christopher Gilvan-Cartwright graduated from St. Martin's School of Art, London, and then completed a postgraduate degree in Fine Art Painting at the Krakow Academy of Fine Art in Poland. He has won various awards and scholarships, including the British Council/Polish Government Travel Scholarship and the Royal Overseas League Travel Bursary, with which he traveled to India and Nepal.
